FALOODEH SHIRAZI

A traditional frozen dessert made with thin rice noodles, rosewater, lime juice, and sugar syrup, often served with sour cherry syrup

Ranginak

Masghati

A sweet, jelly-like dessert with a  smooth, slightly chewy texture, and is flavored with saffron, rosewater, and often cardamom.

Sholeh Zard– Persian Saffron Rice Pudding

A fragrant rice pudding, made with saffron, rosewater, and cardamom. This sweet and creamy dish is traditionally prepared for religious ceremonies, family gatherings, and Nowruz (Persian New Year)
