Snacks

Lavashak

A traditional Persian fruit leather, a tangy and chewy snack made from pureed fruits that are cooked down, spread thin, and dried.  Made of seasonal fruits like plums, sour cherries, pomegranates, apples, apricots, or barberries. 

Gaz

A nougat that is  a soft, chewy, and sweet confection made with pistachios, almonds, rosewater, and a special plant sap called "Angabin" (wild tamarisk manna)

Sohan

A crispy, buttery saffron brittle with a rich and nutty flavour. Made with wheat sprout flour, butter, saffron, rosewater, cardamom, and pistachios.


Qottab

It is a deep-fried pastry filled with a mixture of ground nuts (usually almonds or walnuts), powdered sugar, and cardamom. Once fried, the pastries are dusted with powdered sugar for a sweet, delicate finish.

Pashmak

A cotton candy that has a delicate, silky texture and melts in your mouth. It is made of caramelised sugar and flour, and  often flavoured with rosewater, saffron, vanilla, or cardamom . 3 different flavours saffron, vanilla or chocolate
