Salad-e shirazi

A light and refreshing salad made with finely chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions, dressed with lemon juice, dried mint, and olive oil. 

Kuku Sabzi

An herb heavy  omelette with eggs and mix of fresh parsley, cilantro, dill, and chives (or green onions) 

Kotlet

Meat patty made with ground beef or lamb, potatoes, onions, and spices.


Ash Reshteh ( Noodle Soup with Beans and Herbs)

A hearty  soup, that is  filled with herbs, (parsley, spinach, cilantro, dill), beans,chickpeas and noodles,garnished with fried onions, garlic, and turmeric

Salad Olivieh (Persian-Style Chicken and Potato Salad)

It’s a creamy, flavourful salad made with chicken, potatoes, eggs, pickles, and peas, all bound together with mayonnaise and lemon juice

HALIM

A thick, hearty porridge made from wheat and meat (u lamb, beef, or chicken) and slow-cooked until smooth and creamy. It’s slightly sweet when served with sugar and cinnamon, but some prefer it savoury with salt and butter.

Mirza Ghasemi

This dish is made with smoked eggplants, tomatoes, garlic, and eggs. It has a rich, smoky taste and is typically enjoyed as an appetiser or main dish with fresh bread.
